Excursions
With this travel option as the coach remains with you in resort there is also 500 kilometres free use of the coach for excursions.
Sharing The Coach
As these tours are for exclusive use of the coach, the cost varies depending on the number in your group. As a coach costs the same to hire regardless of the number of people using it, the more people travelling on it, the cheaper it gets. Smaller groups travelling to the same destination, who do not mind sharing the coach, can if they wish join up for the journey, so long as they arrive and depart from the same airport and the times are similar. This way everyone avails of the cheaper price. Remember, even if you share the coach with another group, you still each have your own self-catering accommodation centre.

How to book flights
You can either book the flights yourself, or if you wish, we can book them for you. However to do this we need a list of all passenger names as is on their passports, and payment for the cost of flights in advance. Once booked, these flights cannot be changed, and name changes are only possible for a supplementary charge.
When to book flights
You do not have to worry about flights yet as these are usually best booked in January or February of the year travelling when we continuously surf the net to try to get the cheapest fare for you. But do not wait till then to book your summer camp with us because by that time most destinations are already sold out.
Where to book flights
The cheapest option is almost always online with either Ryanair or another low cost carrier. For our tours to Switzerland and Austria, either Charleroi, Frankfurt Hahn or Karlsruhe are easily the best options. For France again either Charleroi or Paris Beauvais is the best. For tours to our more distant destinations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Spain and Croatia it is worth looking into the direct flights option.
Regardless which way travel once you get to your chosen destination your tour price always includes the following:
Accommodation
Every group that travels with us, regardless of size, is allocated their own exclusive accommodation centre for the sole use of their group. You may come and go as you please and make it your own camp house abroad. All centres are fully furnished and equipped and have ample shower and toilet facilities. All gas and electricity charges are included in the tour price. Bedrooms are mostly furnished with double-tiered bunk beds with rooms varying in size from 6 to 10 bedded rooms for group members and 2 to 4 bedded rooms for group leaders. Blankets and pillows are provided you just need to bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag and towels.
Regional Variations
In Switzerland some of the accommodation centres are furnished with multi beds. These rooms have one large bed with up to 10 mattresses next to each other. This is very traditional accommodation in Swiss mountain chalets. In France due to local fire regulations a few of our centres have extra sleeping accommodation provided in large tents complete with wooden flooring, electric lighting and furnished with bunk beds.
Food Provisions
All food provisions are included in your tour price and are delivered to your centre for you to be able to prepare and cook 3 hearty meals a day. Sample menus are provided which you may adapt to suit your own tastes. There is no reasonable limit on the amount of food supplied. Groups away on day excursions are able to prepare their own packed lunches and provisions are provided for a packed lunch for your return journey. We promise you won’t go hungry!!!
JEKA Service Team
At all times during the journey to and from your chosen resort, our telephone is manned so that in the unlikely event of there being a problem, we can be contacted immediately. In every resort we have a local Jeka office where the telephone is manned 24 hours a day and a team of highly dedicated volunteers are ready to help in any way they can. Each day during your stay one of our local representatives will call to see you, to give information about excursions and activities, arrange contact with other groups and assist in any way they can so as you group gets the most out of their stay.
