River rafting, available for all ages, accompanied by qualified raft guides, must be able to swim.

There is a variety of Alpine cable cars and chairlifts in Switzerland and Austria, cable cars in Slovakia to the High Tatras on the Polish Border and in Barcelona from the harbour to Montjuic.
Age limit: Slovakia 15 years. Routes available for all ages and abilities in France and Hungary. Fully qualified guides; helmets and overalls are provided.
All equipment provided but levels of difficulty vary between destinations. Sessions are usually between 1 hour and a half day tours.
Possible in the local lakes and rivers but a local permit must be obtained first and you must have your own fishing equipment.
Two days mountain expeditions should only be undertaken with the services of an experienced mountain guide or experienced and qualified leaders. This includes an overnight stay in a high altitude mountain hut.
A variety of treks available in each location either with or without the assistance of an experienced mountain guide.
Minimum age 18 yrs, takes place over 2 days with full instruction provided.
