2. Make a Provisional Booking

Simply email or telephone and let us know your chosen country, dates and your group size and we'll hold the space for you for 21 days. PLEASE NOTE YOU'RE NOT UNDER ANY OBLIGATION, this simply gives you time to collect the £20.00 deposits and gather interest from your group members.

4. Pay a Second Deposit

Six weeks after the first deposit is paid, we require a further deposit of £60.00 per person.

5. Final Invoice and Payment

A final invoice will be sent to you 10 weeks before departure and this is due for payment no later than 8 weeks before your departure.

Further information

We have promotional DVD’s of most of our destinations which are free to loan for you to show your group.

Leaders handbooks are available for all destinations giving full details of activities, excursions and local information.

Our tour advisers are available at certain times of the year to visit groups, or attend a parents evening to give a presentation and answer any questions you may have.

If you wish to receive further information, loan a DVD or arrange a visit from one of our tour advisers, please complete and return the enclosed reply-paid card or complete our enquiry form on our website.

Passport Information

Please note passports are required for most of our featured destinations. It is the party leaders responsibility to arrange either individual passports or a group collective passport and to ensure that all party members comply with passport and visa requirements. From October 2006 all first-time applicants for a UK passport who are over the age of 16 will have to attend an interview. This means that the application process will take longer, we recommend that anyone aged 16 or over who does not yet have a passport should apply for one at least six weeks before departure. www.ips.gov.uk
