How to make a booking

1. Enquiry

Having read through the brochure, you've probably got an idea of where and when you want to go. If you're still undecided or need more information, please give us a call and we'll be more than happy to answer questions or send out more information.

2. Make a Provisional Booking

Simply email or telephone and let us know your chosen country, dates and your group size and we'll hold the space for you for 21 days. PLEASE NOTE YOU'RE NOT UNDER ANY OBLIGATION, this simply gives you time to collect the £20.00 deposits and gather interest from your group members.

3. Confirm Your Booking

At the end of the 21 day provisional period, we require your signed booking form and deposits of £20.00 per person. Upon receipt of this we will send you a booking confirmation. Should we not receive your confirmation, the booking will automatically lapse.

4. Pay a Second Deposit

Six weeks after the first deposit is paid, we require a further deposit of £60.00 per person.

5. Final Invoice and Payment

A final invoice will be sent to you 10 weeks before departure and this is due for payment no later than 8 weeks before your departure.

6. Travel Pack

Final details of your itinerary, transport, etc. will be sent to you approximately one month before your departure.

Every group that travels with us, regardless of size, is allocated their own exclusive accommodation centre for the sole use of their group. You may come and go as you please and make it your own camp house abroad. All centres are fully furnished and equipped and have ample shower and toilet facilities. All gas and electricity charges are included in the tour price. Bedrooms are mostly furnished with double-tiered bunk beds with rooms varying in size from 6 to 10 bedded rooms for group members and 2 to 4 bedded rooms for group leaders. Blankets and pillows are provided, you just need to bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag and towels.

Regional Variations

In Switzerland some of the accommodation centres are furnished with multi beds. These rooms have one large bed with up to 10 mattresses next to each other. This is very traditional accommodation in Swiss mountain chalets. In France due to local fire regulations a few of our centres have extra sleeping accommodation provided in large tents complete with wooden flooring, electric lighting and furnished with bunk beds.

Food Provisions

All food provisions are included in your tour price and are delivered to your centre for you to be able to prepare 3 hearty meals a day. Sample menus are provided which you may adapt to suit your own tastes. There is no reasonable limit on the amount of food supplied. Groups away on day excursions are able to prepare their own packed lunches and provisions are provided for a packed lunch for your return journey. We promise you won’t go hungry !!!

Croatia: due to different local regulations, we are unable to offer the same catering arrangements in Croatia. Therefore, we will either arrange for catering staff to prepare and cook all your meals in/or be delivered to your accommodation centre or meals will be taken in a restaurant within a very short distance of your centre. You will be advised which arrangement will be in place once your accommodation is allocated a few months before departure.

JEKA Service Team

At all times during the journey to and from your chosen resort, our telephone is staffed so in the unlikely event of there being a problem, we can be contacted immediately.

In every resort we have a local Jeka office where the telephone is staffed 24 hours a day and a team of highly dedicated volunteers ready to help in any way they can. Each day during your stay one of our local representatives will call to see you, to give information about excursions and activities, arrange contact with other groups and assist in any way they can so that your group gets the most out of their stay.
